WEEKLY MEDITATION 3-9 JUNE 2019

Father, we ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and open our hearts and minds so that we may incorporate your word and will into our lives for your glory.

“With joy, you will draw water from the wells of salvation” (Isaiah 12:3)

If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water” (John 7:37-38)

“For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus” (Galatians 3:26-28)

“Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess” (Hebrews 4:14:)

I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My Judgements and do them. Then you shall dwell in the land that I gave your fathers; you shall be My people, and I will be your God” (Ezekiel 36:26-28)

“To this end, I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily” (Colossians 1:29)

“To them, God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27)

“Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests but also for the interests of others” (Philippians 2:3-4)

“Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up” (James 4:10)

The Lord your God, who goes before you, He will fight for you, according to all He did for you in Egypt before your eyes” (Deuteronomy 1:30)

“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.” (Exodus 14:14)

” Some trust in chariots, others in horses, be we trust the Lord our God. They are overwhelmed and defeated, but we march forward and win.” (Psalm 20:7-8)

“Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel because he has come to his people and redeemed them. He has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David (as he said through his holy prophets of long ago) (Luke 1:68-70)

“But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law to redeem those under the law, then we might receive adoption to sonship” (Galatians 4:4-5)

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want…Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.” (Psalm 23:1,4)

“Am I a God near at hand”, says the Lord, “and not a God afar off”? Can anyone hide himself in secret places, so I shall not see him?” says the Lord; “Do I not fill heaven and earth?” says the Lord” – (Jeremiah 23:23-24)

” I will not leave you all alone. I will come back to you. In a little while, the world will no longer see me, but you will see me. You will live because I live. On that day you will know that I am in my Father and you are in me and that I am in you” (John 14:18-20)
