For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father [of Eternity], Prince of Peace. [Isa. 25:1; 40:9-11; Matt. 28:18; Luke 2:11.]
Isaiah 9:6 AMPC

As you begin this week we ask that you meditate on the following scriptures and how they apply to your life and your growing relationship with the Lord.
Father, we ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and open our hearts and minds so that we may incorporate your word and will into our lives for your glory.
“So God raised Jesus to the highest place. God made his name greater than every other name so that every knee will bow to the name Jesus – everyone in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. And everyone will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and bring glory to God the Father. (Philippians 2:9-11)
“The One on the throne said to me, “It is finished. I am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give free water from the spring of the water of life to anyone who is thirsty. Those who win the victory will receive this, and I will be their God, and they will be my children” (Revelation 21:6-7)
“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. In God’s great mercy he has caused us to be born again into a living hope because Jesus Christ rose from the Dead” (1 Peter 1:3)
