WEEKLY MEDITATION 25-31 MARCH 2019

Father, we ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and open our hearts and minds so that we may incorporate your word and will into our lives for your glory.

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want…Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.” (Psalm 23:1,4)

“Am I a God near at hand”, says the Lord, “and not a God afar off”? Can anyone hide himself in secret places, so I shall not see him?” says the Lord; “Do I not fill heaven and earth?” says the Lord” – (Jeremiah 23:23-24)

” I will not leave you all alone. I will come back to you. In a little while, the world will no longer see me, but you will see me. You will live because I live. On that day you will know that I am in my Father and you are in me and that I am in you” (John 14:18-20)

“So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir” (Galatians 4:7)

“In the past, God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe” (Hebrews 1:1-2)

“All scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

“You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives. So then, don’t be afraid. I will provide for you and your children” And he reassured them and spoke kindly to them” (Genesis 50:20-21)

“You alone are the Lord; You have made heaven, the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth and everything on it, the seas and all that is in them, and You preserve them all. The host of heaven worships You. (Nehemiah 9:6)

“We can rejoice, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance” (Romans 5:3)
