Father, we ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and open our hearts and minds so that we may incorporate your word and will into our lives for your glory.

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want…Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.” (Psalm 23:1,4)
“Am I a God near at hand”, says the Lord, “and not a God afar off”? Can anyone hide himself in secret places, so I shall not see him?” says the Lord; “Do I not fill heaven and earth?” says the Lord” – (Jeremiah 23:23-24)
” I will not leave you all alone. I will come back to you. In a little while, the world will no longer see me, but you will see me. You will live because I live. On that day you will know that I am in my Father and you are in me and that I am in you” (John 14:18-20)
