Father, we ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and open our hearts and minds so that we may incorporate your word and will into our lives for your glory.

“I love you people with a love that will last forever. That is why I have continued showing you kindness” (Jeremiah 31:3)

“Because of his love and kindness, he saved them” (Isaiah 63:9)

“God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son so that whoever believes in him may not be lost, but have eternal life. God did not send his son into the world to judge the world guilty, but to save the world through him” (John 3:16-17)

Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign: Behold, the young woman who is unmarried and a virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel [God with us]. (Isa. 9:6; Jer. 31:22; Mic. 5:3-5; Matt. 1:22, 23.)

If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord”, and if you believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9)

“We have seen and can testify that the Father sent his Son to be the Savior of the world” (1 John 4:14)
