WEEKLY MEDITATION 3-9 NOVEMBER 2025

Lord, we thank you for coming into our world as the light and the way. We ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and open our hearts and minds so that we may incorporate your word into our daily lives. We know we can do all things through you. Jesus, we thank you for your peace and comfort. Your wisdom, guidance, grace, and forgiveness. Your provision, blessings, and healing. You are our rock and salvation. Please help us to see your blessings in our lives and give us a spirit of gratitude to you and for youin Jesus’ name, we pray.

“The time is coming when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, and that time is here already. You see, the Father too is actively seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth” (John 4:23-24)

Father, we ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and open our hearts and minds so that we may understand and incorporate your word and will into our lives for your glory. Please give us peace, your peace, and comfort in these challenging times, and help us cling to you through your word and the presence of the holy spirit. Please help us to see your blessings in our lives and give us a spirit of gratitude to you and for you. We know you are still in control and will use these challenging times for your good. Forgive us if we interpret your silence as a lack of your love. We know you will answer if we only stay faithful …in Jesus’ name, we pray.

“If you hide your sins, you will not succeed. If you confess and reject them, you will receive mercy” (Proverbs 28:13)

“If you listen to correction to improve your life, you will live among the wise. Those who refuse correction hate themselves, but those who accept correction gain understanding. Respect for the Lord will teach you wisdom. If you want to be honored, you must be humble” (Proverbs 15: 31-33)

“In the kingdom of God…the important things are living right with God, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. Anyone who serves Christ by living this way is pleasing God and will be accepted by other people. So let us try to do what makes peace and helps one another” (Romans 14:17-19)

Father, we ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and open our hearts and minds so that we may incorporate your word and will into our lives for your glory. Please give us peace and comfort in these difficult times and help us cling to you through your word and the presence of the holy spirit. We know you are still in control and will use these difficult times for your good. Forgive us if we interpret your silence as a lack of your love. We know you will answer if we only stay faithful. Please give us peace and comfort in these difficult times. We know you are still in control and will use these difficult times for your good. We ask that you heal and help those in need and who are ill. Forgive us if we interpret your silence as a lack of your love. We know you will answer if we only stay faithful. In Jesus’ name…

“You should know that loving the world is the same as hating God. Anyone who wants to be a friend of the world becomes God’s enemy” (James 4:4)

“Do not love the world or the things in the world. If you love the world, the love of the Father is not in you. These are the ways of the world: wanting to please our sinful selves, wanting the sinful things we see, and being too proud of what we have. None of these come from the Father, but all of them come from the world. The world and everything that people want in it, are passing away, but the person who does what God wants lives forever” (1 John 2:15-17)

“If you love me, you will obey my commands… Those who know my commands and obey them are the ones who love me, and my Father will love those who love me. I will love them and will show myself to them” (John 14:15,21)

“The most important command is this…”Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength” (Mark 12:29-30)

“We love because God first loved us…Those who do not love their brothers and sisters, whom they have seen, cannot love God, who they have never seen. And God gave us this command: Those who love God must also love their brothers and sisters” (1 John 4:19-21)
