WEEKLY MEDITATION 7-13 DECEMBER 2024

We thank Jesus for coming into our world as the light and the way. We ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and open our hearts and minds so that we may incorporate your word into our daily lives. Jesus, we thank you for your peace and comfort. Your wisdom, guidance, grace, and forgiveness. Your provision, blessings, and healing. You are our rock and salvation. Please help us to see your blessings in our lives and give us a spirit of gratitude to you and for you…in Jesus’ name, we pray.

“I tell you the truth, whoever hears what I say and believes in the One who sent me has eternal life. That person will not be judged guilty but has already left death and entered life” (John 5:24)

Jesus, we thank you for coming into our world as the light and to be. As we approach Easter and your resurrection, we ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and open our hearts and minds so that we may incorporate your word into our daily lives. We remember and accept your sacrifice for our sins. Jesus, we thank you for your peace and comfort. Your wisdom, guidance, grace, and forgiveness. Your provision and healing. You are our rock and salvation. We cling to you through your word and the presence of the holy spirit. Please help us to see your blessings in our lives and give us a spirit of gratitude to you and for you…in Jesus’ name, we pray.

May you have a blessed Easter. He has risen…

Father, we ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and open our hearts and minds so that we may understand and incorporate your word into our daily lives. Father, we thank you for your peace and comfort. Your wisdom and forgiveness. Your provision and healing. You are our rock and salvation. We cling to you through your word and the presence of the holy spirit. Father, please help us to see your blessings in our lives and give us a spirit of gratitude to you and for you…in Jesus’ name, we pray.

Father, we ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and open our hearts and minds so that we may understand and incorporate your word and will into our lives. Father, we thank you for your peace and comfort in these challenging times. We cling to you through your word and the presence of the holy spirit. Father, please help us to see your blessings in our lives and give us a spirit of gratitude to you and for you. Lord, we know that you are still in control and will use these challenging times for your good…in Jesus’ name, we pray.

“Since we have been made right with God by our faith, we have peace with God. This happened through our Lord Jesus Christ, who through our faith has brought us into that blessing of God’s grace that we now enjoy. And we are happy because of the hope we have of sharing God’s glory” (Romans 5:1-2)

“The wicked should stop doing wrong, and they should stop their evil thoughts. They should return to the Lord so he may have mercy on them. They should come to our God, because he will freely forgive them” (Isaiah 55:7)

Father, we ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and open our hearts and minds so that we may understand and incorporate your word and will into our lives for your glory. Please give us peace and comfort in these difficult times and help us cling to you through your word and the presence of the holy spirit. Please help us to see your blessings in our lives and give us a spirit of gratitude to you and for you. We know you are still in control and will use these challenging times for your good. Forgive us if we interpret your silence as a lack of your love. We know you will answer if we only stay faithful. We ask for your guidance, love, wisdom, and protection…in Jesus’ name, we pray.

“Everyone has sinned and fallen short of God’s glorious standard, and all need to be made right with God by his grace, which is a free gift. They need to be made free from sin through Jesus Christ” (Romans 3:23-24)

“If anyone does sin, we have a helper in the presence of the Father – Jesus Christ, the One who does what is right. He died in our place to take away our sins, and not only our sins but the sins of all people” (1 John 2:1-2)

“God did not send his Son into the world to judge the world guilty, but to save the world through hi,. People who believe in God’s Son are not judged guilty…Those who believe in the Son have eternal life, but those who do not obey the Son will never have life. God’s anger stays on them” (John 3:17-18,36)

Father, we ask that you help us understand your word through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and open our hearts and minds so that we may incorporate your word and will into our lives for your glory. Please give us peace and comfort in these difficult times. We ask that you heal and help those in need and who are ill. In Jesus’ name…
