As we begin this first week of the Advent season, we ask that you meditate on the following scriptures, how they apply to your life and your growing relationship with the Lord.
“I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and in his word I put my hope” (Psalm 130:5)
“Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes” (Psalm 37:7)
“Though you have not see him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls” (1 Peter 1:8-9)
